- Tents: Our flame-retardant, wind-resistant tents can be set up in multiple configurations. Where we are using more than one tent, we install rain gutters and fasten the tents together. All our tent rentals include sidewalls with windows and endwalls with rolling overhead ‘doors’. See individual product listings for layout considerations.
- Lighting: We have Edison-bulb patio light strings to suspend inside the tent, providing ample lighting and atmosphere for your evening events. We also have ‘firefly’ fairy lights, which will sway gently in the breeze, providing a magical effect. These can be planted in the areas around your event, ideally near trees or in tall grass and flowerbeds.
- Dance Floors: We use modular 12″ x 12″ tiles fastened together to form a full floor area and minimize the impact of uneven ground. We use edge pieces to finish the look. Please determine your square footage requirement (rough rule of thumb is 2.0-2.5 sq ft per guest for a dance floor), as well as the general configuration (square? rectangle? irregular?) and we will assemble this for you. This floor surface has narrow cracks, so as a general rule, if small and pointy heels aren’t appropriate in the grass around the tent, they probably won’t work well on this flooring either.
- Heaters: Simple propane heaters will keep you and your guests warm when the evening gets cool. We also provide ventilation fans and carbon monoxide detector, with optional propane tanks / propane supply and safety fencing.
- We will do the setup and teardown for you
- Edmonton and Central Alberta are our home turf, but we will travel further
- Booking: please use the dynamic form below to request a quote. This will give us the information we need to get started with your booking. Once we’ve given you a quote, the pricing and availability for your dates will be locked in for 30 days. To finalize the booking, we will send you our contract and collect a 50% booking deposit. The remaining balance will be due 14 days before we begin setup.
- Setup/Teardown: This will be a flat rate of $300, covering both the setup and teardown. Please have an Alberta One-Call utilities locate done at least 14 days prior to the setup date, and send this to us. We will call you to settle final details of the setup and teardown about 7 days before your setup date.
- Travel Fees: There are no travel/mileage fees for the immediate Wetaskiwin/Millet area (within 50 km). Greater Edmonton is a flat rate of $150 and Red Deer is a flat rate of $200, while other locations will be charged at $2.50/km measured from Wetaskiwin. Travel fees include both the setup and teardown.
- Weekend Rates: All listed pricing is based on weekend rentals. This assumes setup on Friday afternoon/evening, with teardown Monday morning/afternoon. For daily or weekly rates, please specify your event date range using our form below and we will provide a quote.
- Damage Protection Waiver: This 8% damage protection waiver (charged only on the tent rental fee) will protect you in the event of any damage to the tent or accessories. If the waiver was applied, you will pay only 50% of damages above $250. If you opt out of the waiver, you will be fully liable for any damages.
- We are Ryan and Candace, a young couple living in Wetaskiwin, AB. For our own wedding in May 2023, we used these party tents for an outdoor reception. Many of the photos you see on our website were from our wedding.
